Are you passionate about helping children thrive in their education? Academic Talent is seeking a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our caring team.

About the school:

The school supports children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, including those who have been excluded or need extra help. Many of the students also have autism and/or ADHD.

Your Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work in small classes, ensuring each child gets the support they need. We focus on building positive relationships and use a simple three-step approach: celebrate achievements, restore well-being, and de-escalate challenging situations.

Your Impact:
